Welcome to the Creative Arts Development Space, a multi-purpose arts complex in Shalesmoor, located just 5 minutes from Sheffield City Centre.

Have a look around our site in it you will get an idea about what we do, what our tenants create, what we do and what we offer.

We also run a number of events from our popular event space 'Dirty Little Secret' which has seen everything from film festivals, cabaret shows and circus acts all the way through to our famous Collect! techno night which has seen such names as Phil Kieran and Audiojack grace its decks.

We also run a number of side projects such as SKINN, Sheffield Art Forge and Digital Studios @ Snow Lane. More information on these can be found around the site.

What we offer

We provide studios to rent for all forms of creative activity, from painters & jewellery making, to fashion design, record labels and musicians. Based over two ex-industrial premises, we offer a range of options from £20 per week including bills.

Whether it’s arts exhibitions, music performances, film and photography shoots, fashion shows or social meetings, our range of large, versatile, exhibition areas are ideal for hosting any type of activity.

We have a variety of event spaces to suit you, whatever your needs are. From the intimate 60 person capacity ‘Grinding Room’ through to the huge 300+ capacity Snow Lane complex, our events team can help facilitate any kind of function.
