CADS now manages 6 buildings, providing over 40 studios and a multi-purpose event space.

Our spaces serve small businesses as well as artists, craftspeople, and creative individuals. Prior to the pandemic, the creative industries were one of the fastest-growing parts of the UK economy (DCMS Sectors Economic Estimates, 2019).
